Purchases are processed via third-party payment providers. Your subscription benefits (including generation quotas) follow the plan shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping information (for physical orders) and for using payment methods lawfully.

We may collect your email, prompts, generated content metadata, order details, and technical data (e.g. IP address and device information) to operate the service, fulfill orders, improve the product, and prevent fraud and abuse. 5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We do not guarantee that generated images will be error-free, meet your expectations, or be suitable for any particular purpose.
